LAST WEEK IN CURRICULUM ENRICHMENT
Johnny the K

We were excited to welcome back Johnny the K, nationally acclaimed, award-winning musician and teacher, who visited our Kindergarten through 3rd grade students this week! Along with a 12-string guitar and his unique collection of costume hats, he humorously inspires character education through song. In every show the message is clear: each student can make a difference in school, at home and in the community.

Len Cabral

Len Cabral, an internationally acclaimed storyteller, returned to Howe-Manning this week! Len uses his workshops to focus on storytelling in art form. He facilitates exercises that engage students in the process of telling their own stories, as a precursor to writing their stories.  Such an incredible performance - the students loved it!
