Happy January! It’s hard to believe the school year is halfway over - it's going by so quickly! The MPTO has been busy planning more enrichment programs and community events and we can't wait for what the rest of the school year holds for your students. 

Mark your calendars for our MPTO Night at Maggie’s Farm: February 12, 2024 - we hope to see many families, teachers and friends there! More information - including the flyer - below! Also be sure to save the date for our Spring Fundraising Gala - April 25, 2024. We are so excited to be holding this event at Spinelli’s - our Gold Sponsor’s beautiful function hall!

We're partnering with Maggie's Farm for a fun night off from cooking. They are generously donating a portion of their proceeds to the MPTO!  Flyer's will be sent home in backpacks - be sure to bring them with you! 

Before the break Neil Nichols, Jr. once again thrilled our students with his incredible artistic talents and world geography knowledge as he drew maps entirely from memory!  Our 2nd graders spent the day continuing their learning of the continents.  Each grade at Howe Manning saw a different show tied to their curriculum - 3rd grade focused on state history, 4th grade North America, 5th grade the history of the United States and it all came together for 6th grade in the World Map Challenge!  Our students truly enjoyed this interactive event - and all came home with a small prize from Neil!
